RETURNS You can return an item for a refund within 28 days of receipt for any reason as long as the item is in the same condition as you received it. Please obtain a certificate of posting or equivalent. The postage incurred for returning items to us shall be at your own expense unless, of course, there is a fault with the item in which case we will refund any postage incurred.
